Kalli Lipo
My goal is to play college volleyball for NCAA Division 1 school, which supports my academic and athletic pursuits. I am lucky to be able to play at a top national club as a Libero on a Nationally ranked team. The summer after middle school, I played on the High-Performance team with a fantastic group of athletes. During my freshman year, I lettered in Varsity Indoor and Beach volleyball at Desert Vista High School, a 6A school in Phoenix, Arizona.
I’m passionate about volleyball and work hard to be a top performer on and off the court. When running drills, I’m consistently one of the first to complete each exercise and always finish my microwave within 3 minutes. Outside of indoor practice, I enjoy working out and playing beach volleyball with friends. If you ask coaches or teammates to list my strengths, they will say I’m hardworking, a strong communicator, loyal, friendly, and highly coachable.
My biggest compliment from teammates is that I’m a great communicator and give the hitters extra visibility by calling out plays and running the court. Academics are equally essential. Despite busy travel and athletic schedules, I work hard to maintain straight A’s in my classes. Being organized and having strong time management is critical to balancing academics and athletics while maintaining a strong social connection with friends and family.
My competitive spirit and drive shows through everything I do, so if you are looking for a well-rounded player to dedicate everything to your organization, look no further.
